Delete your Ripen account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, in the app or right here. It takes effect straight away.
In the app
- Open Ripen and go to Account.
- Press Delete Account.
- Type your email address to confirm, and press Delete My Account.
On this website
Sign in with the account you want to delete, and you will come back to this page.

What is deleted
- Your account, your email address, your name and your sign in details.
- Your personal book, with every figure and entry in it.
- Any family book you started that has nobody else in it.
What stays
- A family book that other people still use is passed to the person who joined it next, so the family keeps its plan. Entries you added there stay as part of that family's record, without your name.
- Copies in our backups are removed as the backups are replaced: nightly backups within 14 days.
Ripen holds no payments or records that the law requires us to keep, so nothing else is kept back.

If you cannot sign in, write to support@ripen.pro from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.
